Executive Coaching
Leadership is a quality, not a position. I help people and teams develop vision aligned with a common purpose to generate high impact results. I provide individual and team coaching to increase individual and team effectiveness.
Workshops & Facilitation
A team's success depends on the strength of the relationships of the people within it, clarity of purpose, and defined roles. I offer facilitation and customized experiences tailored to elevate the communication and engagement of a team. Experiences range from 1/2 day workshops to off-site retreats to multi-month strategic planning and implementation engagements.
