Every client comes with unique experiences, needs, and intentions. My relationship with each client is designed according to a mutual understanding of the purpose and goals of the coaching. I bring the following beliefs to all of my engagements:
Potential: I am fiercely commitment to my clients' growth. I invite people to be their full selves and explore their range as a leader.
Curiosity: I use and teach curiosity to help people tune into what they already know and discover more of what they don't.
Values-driven: I combine self-awareness with values-based decision-making. When we know what's most important to us, we lead with purpose and clarity.
Doing and Learning: A key part of my coaching is based in design thinking. Taking action without reflecting on the impact is just executing a to-do list. A series of small actions rooted in values and awareness inevitably leads to change.

Executive Coaching
Leadership is a quality, not a position. I help people and teams develop vision aligned with values to generate high impact results. I provide individual and team coaching to enhance individual awareness and to increase team effectiveness.
Workshops & Facilitation
The impact of a team depends on the strength of the relationships of the people within it, a shared vision, and clear roles. I offer facilitation and customized experiences tailored to elevate the communication and engagement of a team. Experiences range from 1/2 day workshops to off-site retreats to multi-month strategic planning and implementation engagements.
